Can I get anyone's help with dx cirrhosis of liver due to hepatitis C and history of alcoholism?

571.2, 303.9x, 070.70. With them saying history of alcoholism how long has it been since they have had their last drink? it may really not be history or even remission. I hope this helps ya.
