An 89-year-old man is admitted with weakness and paresthesia. The final diagnosis is cerebral hemorrhage secondary to therapeutic use of Coumadin.

Double Checking my work
Dx- V58.61, 431

No this would be an adverse reaction to the Coumadin. Follow the coding guidelines, code the cerebral hemorrhage first followed by the E code for adverse reaction, followed by the V58.61.
