Could I get some help on how you would code the following note for Interventional Radiologist:

1. Aortic Arch Angiogram
2. Right common carotid artery angiogram of head and neck
3. Angioplasty of the right common carotid artery
4. Angioplasty of the right internal carotid artery and the placement of the stent in the internal carotid arter.
5. Angio-seal Closure ofthe right femoral artery

Here is how we did it:
37215
37215 (59)
It's not a bilateral procedure but the common and internal arteries are separate . We are getting a denial for the 37215 (59) for units exceeded. But Its doesn't make sense that we should only get credit for one artery. If anyone has any insight into this I would be most appreciative! :o
