Can someone please help me with coding the following procedure:

Implantation of the right testicle into the right thigh in the subcutaneous tissues.

The testicle and cord structures were noted to be viable and they were felt to be in need of permanent implantation in the thigh subcutaneous tissues for protection. Therfore a flap was then raised at the inferior edge of the disseciton area and the anterior medial thigh area. This was then used to create a subcutaneous pocket, which the testicle was placed into, taken care not to torse the cord structures. Some of the lateral skin was then closed over the ocrd structure for protection with full-thickness 2-0 vertical mattress sutures of nylon.

Thank you advance for the help.

Look at 54680

I have a question regarding this...the patient had Fourniers gangrene that also took over his thigh area, so decision was made to create a pocket in the suprapubic area and implant it there. Can I still use 54680? Thank you in advance/
