Help please. New to ortho coding.

Dr. did revision of amputation with excision of accessory epiphysis. the child was born with polydactyly duplication of 5th metatarsal. pt had pioir surgery for this so I don't think 28344 would be correct. please help.:confused::
 
I would use the 28344 with a 52 modifier or the 28312. 28312 would be appropriate if there was a wedge of bone removed and a screw was placed.
