I am billing for an surgery and not sure if the codes I am using are appropriate I need someones professional opinion before I bill this claim out?
Patient had an excisional debridement of lower leg with wound vac placement (wound is 37.5 cm sq) I am using codes 97597,97598,29581, and 97605 Are theses code appropriate for billing?

are you billing for facility? or the doctor. If doctor- wound Vac code cannot be billing at the same time as debridement since you "debride" when you apply a new wound vac. the debridement is not based on the excision verbage but whether or not the doctor states how deep the debridement was ie: selective or dermis/epidermis then 97/98, but if skin/subcutaneous tissue level surgical debridement then 11042 and so forth from therre. If it is professional -outpatient, you cannot bill debridement and wraps together since carriers deem multilayer wraps as "bandaging". Bandaging is incidental to debridement.
