Hello, Trying to get staged return to the OR procedures precertified. The provider is planning a staged return to the OR for stenting of left renal artery, so I think 37236 for that. Then he says, if there is no aneurysm, he will proceed with Bilateral aortic bifurcation reconstruction with stenting of the bilateral common iliac arteries extending into the abdominal aorta. I am thinking 37221, 37221-59, 36245 but I am questioning myself as the UR dept sent over codes 34709, 37236,37237,35226 and 36245. Any help would be much appreciated.
