I have a patient that need C-section for an previous pelvic fracture with previous surgeries. What primary dx code could I use for the c-section.

It sounds like the best possibility would be O33.0, Maternal care for disproportion due to deformity of maternal pelvic bones with a Z87 code for the history of fracture
