Would this code be correct to use if performed in office with this op report:

In office meatoplasty, right
Under otomicroscopy a large scar band obstructing greater than 50% of the meatus was observed.
Consent obtained
1 cc of lidocaine with epinephrine injected into the scar band of the meatus
15 blade and beluchi scissors in combination were used to excise the scar band and removed tissue.
This resulted in a widened meatus full view of the mastoid bowl and tympanic membrane.
Absorbable packing was packed in the meatus to avoid restenosis.
