Hi Folks,
Please..can someone help me with this one.....my dilemma is.....b/l renal artery angiograms...intervention on right...inferior branch.
So......to me the documentation does not really state that a superselective angiogram of rt.inferior branch was done....dr. is in rt.main renal, then goes to inferior branch and does angioplasty.
So....how would i code that?....36252 for the angiograms and then 36245? for the superselective catheterization? Or should I code 36253 (rt) and 36251(lt).
And then 35471, 75966.
Please help me with the angiography/catheterization codes.
