Hello all!

I am going in circles trying to figure out and second guessing myself on these thoracotomy procedures!!
What would you use for a Rt Thoracostomy followed by a thoracotomy, partial decortication?? I posted another question similar to this a few days ago ,also. If someone could helop with that it would also be great!!!
If someone could please enlighten me to these I would be so appreciative!!
