HELP! Hemilaminectoy/burst fracture/evacuation of hematoma

I need help with the following surgery and what codes I can bill for. I am thinking codes 22325, 63267, and 22840. The microscope bundles (69990) , but not sure if I am capturing everything since there were also facetectomies done? Can I code 63047 and 63048, they hit a bundle edit.

1. Left L3 hemilaminectomy
2. left L2 hemilaminotomy.
3. Left L2-L3 and L3-L4 medical facetectomy.
4. Evacuation of lumbar epidural hematoma.
5. Reduction of retropulsed fragment from the burst compression fracture of L3.
6. Reduction of a lordotic kyphosis.
7. L2-L4 fixation using transpedicular screws and rods.
8. Microscopic visualization
