Wondering what codes to bill in 2012 for Heart Card. Codes 93012 and 93014 are deleted. In CPT 2011 we were directed to see code 93268-93272. No mention in 2012 CPT. Help
 
I'm thinking that you would still use cpt's 93268-93272, as those codes were not deleted and that is what you have been directed used for the last year in place of the deleted 93012 & 93014. :)
