Does anyone know of a HCPCS for Sinufoam? We have been using it in the office quite a bit lately. It is a dissolvable foam that is used instead of dressing. I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to bill for it. Thanks.

I would look at A6215. Dressing, foam filler. You might want to call your sales rep and ask if this fits the product.
