I am getting an error message stating that HCPCS code L3670 is not effective. Does anyone know of a replacement code for this? Thanks :o

HCPCS code L3660 is highlighted as being carrier discretion. I would suggest that if you are billing Medicare, you check on your carrier's website to determine how they want this billed out. The code itself is not invalid.
