Would anyone know what HCPC code to use for the actual DME supply - Van Buren Sound 26FR. One manufacturer had recommended A4335 but I don't believe these are used for incontinence, rather for dilation and strictures.
 
Hello!
I work for a urology private practice with it's own ASC. Curious - where is this dilation being performed? In our ASC anyway - the cost of the dilators is included in the facility charges. I guess I don't know for sure on the office side - I know they sometimes do them in the office - but, I don't know if the supply of the dilators is billed.
