Hello everyone! I have been asked to start conducting HCC audits for my Tenncare (Tennessee Medicaid) providers. Can anyone provide me a template for an HCC audit? I audit CPT and ICD10-CM all the time but have no idea what format to use with HCC. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
