H2011 Crisis intervention payer Medicaid
Time documentation: Can a provider document on H2011 multiple times within a day for this service under the same progress note and then bill for the multiple units? Or does each service need to billed separately on the claim since services were rendered at different times with in the day? A client may go in and out of crisis multiple times with in the same day.
A provider would like to bundle this service all under one code and one note.
If so do you know where I would locate the documentation to support the documentation and service.
