Question: What would be the appropriate modifier to append to H0034 (Medication training and support 15 minutes) for an MD in an OP setting Behavioral Health setting? Would AI (Principal physician of record) be appropriate?

Hi - H code use can be very payer-specific. You'll likely need to check the payer policy and also define what you are trying to tell the payer by using a modifier to see if a mod is required.
