Wiki gtube placement CT then fluoro-CPT code?

A g tube was placed using CT guidance. Final position could not be confirmed, Patient taken to fluoro where it was demonstrated that the g tube was not properly positioned. Catheter was retrieved and procedure terminated. This was at same session, same physician.
Would 49440/53 be correct? Or would you use unlisted code for CT guided g tube placment with a 53 and charge a separate fluoro code 76000 ?
