does anybody know why medicaid and superior and el paso first are rejecting the cpt codes 90471 as being the first administration and 90472 add on code they do not want to see 90471 three times in the same claim does anybody know why if 90471 is first adm and 90472 is add on for the vaccination

they wont pay for admins on 90649 90732 90648 90723 they only pay one admin isnt this the correct way to bill?
Can anybody give me an example of the pediatric codes for billing for all vaccinations please
 
If a patient receives more than one vaccine in one visit the first admin is 90471 and every vac after that the admin should be 90472 So you should bill 90649,90471 90732 90472 90648 90472 and so on
