Does anyone have experience in coding for Dexamethasone J1100 and Kenalog (triamcinolone acetonide) J3300/J3301? No insurance seems to pay on these codes?

Are you reporting any other codes, including injection codes? What diagnoses are you using? Do they support medical necessity? What denial reasons are you getting?

My podiatrists bill several of these every day. Since our insurance follow department up never sends them back to me, I presume they are being paid.
