From previous threads, it sounded like it was a mixed bag for using or not using a 59 and other modifiers with G0461 and G0462. I noticed that the July Physician NCCI edits now lists these G-codes as accepting a modifier with a number of codes. My search of the edits shows these codes:

88188
88189
88321
88323
88325
88342
88360
88361
With 88358, the modifier goes on 88358
