Patient is presenting in the office for a follow up check on their G-Tube, what DX would you use as the primary DX? Just the conditions they're treating the patient for then z93.1? They are on a G-tube for partial malrotation and recurrent SBO's, so would you just capture q43.3, k56.609 and z93.1?

I would use Z43.1 if that is the primary reason for the encounter. Z93.1 is for a status only, which wouldn't be correct if the G-tube requires evaluation and/or treatment.
