Hello,

I have apatient who fractured her wrist we saw her on 5/27/15 in the office then she did a closed reduction in the OR the next day. She has now come back for a follow up. The Closed reduction was coded with a 25600.

How do I code the follow up? Do I use V45.89 Status Post or a V54.12 Healing fracture code?

Any help is appreciated!
