Hello - I am looking for a code of a free wall rupture (left ventricular)repair w/CABG. I am coming up with 33542 or 33305? Any other suggestions?

For code 33542, the aneurysm is resected. If nothing is resected and just a repair of the ventricular wall is done, I would use 33548.
