I know that free nipple graft for CPT code 19318 is included per ASPS but I'm wondering what anyone things about a free nipple graft for CPT code 19300? Included? If I was to bill separately, what would a recommendation be for billing this separately?
 
I am also looking for an appropriate code for the free nipple grafting with 19300. I came across an article that suggested 19350-52, but I dont feel that is correct. Curious as to how this ended up being coded. Any input is appreciated.
