Any thoughts on a code for Fraxel Laser treatments. I dont have a note, an ASC is asking me what I "think" it would be. The best I can come up with is 15780 but I dont think this is correct either.

Any thoughts???
 
I was looking at the series of 969xx for special dermatology procedures but for an ASC I don't think it will apply...What about using an unlisted code...15780 comes close but is not mentioning an actual laser procedure...
