Tension Band Wiring of patella fracture, Right Knee

This I know is an ORIF, but didn't know if anyone had ever coded this differently with the Tension Band Technique.
[Reasoning is because Doctor did not want to cause further comminution which may have been caused by using screw fixation]

Patient is status post ACL repair 2 weeks prior to this surgery

CPT 27524-79 is my choice
