My provider did an ORIF of the Distal radius CPT 25609 and Closed treatment of distal ulnar fracture with manipulation both on the left side. Can I bill both of these codes together? Thank you

according to the CMS NCCI, 25650- ulnar styloid fx is inclusive to 25609. i am making the assuption that the distal ulnar fx is the styloid fx- so i apoligize if this is an incorrect assumption. have a great one! chris
