Wiki FQHC Billing Medicare

hello all
i have a general question on medicare billing covid vaccine for FQHC. are we allow to bill medicare for covid vaccine as being FQHC? do medicare going to pay?

another question i know its too late but still i want to get some info when as FQHC bill telephone visit to medicare do we just bill office viist code with G2025 or do wee add PPS code too.

You are not allowed to bill for the Covid vaccine, but you are allowed to be reimbursed for the administration of it. You can find more information on https://medicare.fcso.com
You should be billing G2025 and the PPS code.

I also have a question: When billing WellCare Medicare what modifier are you using? Both 95 and GT are being rejected.

and for medicare telehealth we are billing with 95 and we are getting paid. but if its just audio we adding G2025 with modifier 95 and getting paid as well.
