I don't know which fracture care code to use for closed treatment (w/o manip) of:

1. fracture of carpal bone; closed; navicular(scaphoid) of wrist and
2. fracture of radius and ulna; upper end, closed; head of radius.

Sort arm cast was applied.

This was performed in the office, and the patient had been splinted previously in the ER.

Here are some codes to look at - 25622/25560/24650 - these are all closed fracture care codes w/o manipulation - also, they all include the application of the initial cast.
