Good morning,
I have two questions this morning!
1) We have new physicians to our practice billing a 29425, ambulatory walking boot for application of an offloading soft football cast. I don't think this is the correct CPT code, but am unsure what would be appropriate if anything. I know this will probably be considered a bundled service when done at the same time as a wound debridement, but would like to know for my reference. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!
2) When billing a L3000 for custom orthotics, do you also bill a casting code when doing a digital scan?
