Could anyone tell me the correct CPT code for a fluoroscopy procedure for a therapeutic spinal injection or discogram? Also, are you able to bill separately for the supplies that are used? If so, what is that code?

Fora therapeutic spinal injection, code 77003 for fluoroscopy. For discogram, please code relevant S&I codes, i.e., 72285 for cervical/thoracid and 72295 for lumbar spine.
