Hi all,

Hope you can assist me with an issue we are having with BCBS and our quadrivalent influenza vaccine this year. The best code to report for our vaccine is 90688 and it's matching NDC 70461020001. BCBS uses a system called "Prime" to match the CPT & NDC and they do not recognize this as a valid/payable combination. I have the combo matched via my Encoder Pro software, not to mention the box from the manufacture, and the FDA. Anyone else having issue with this??
