We will be mailing fit kits to patients, the patient will then mail the kit to a designated lab who will then send the results to the provider.

1. What CPT code can we bill from a provider standpoint?
2. What if the patient never returns the kit? Is there a code I can bill for the cost of the kit?

I also have a question for this thread on how to bill if the patient never returns the kit? Is there a way to still bill for the kit? Or can that not be billed because the test was never performed?
