What would the code be for Femto Second Laser when being done in conjunction with cataract surgery? I am only finding 0289T and 0290T, but they have to do with corneal procedures. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :D
 
That is a non covered service. Corcoran advises filing S9986 (not medically necessary service, patient is aware that service isn't covered) if you even file a code for that service.
