Wiki Female Sexual Dysfunction Due to Pain

In internal medicine, my provider has given me a diagnosis of "sexual dysfunction" for a female patient. In reviewing the records, she avoids intimacy because of back pain. There is no mention of gynecologic pain, which rules out N94 codes. The F52 codes specify that the aversion/avoidance is not due to any physiologic cause, which is also not the case here. The best I can find is R37.

Is there another code that I'm missing?

Thank you!
