One of my physicians just did our first fecal transplant via colonoscopy. Would anyone who bills this be willing to share with me the price that they use when billing the 44705? I know that Medicare uses G0455 for the prep and the placement, but this was a commercial insurance. I was going to be 45378 and 44705. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
