Help please with a primay diagnosis code for a pt who fell from a ladder and concussion was ruled out.

The pt did have some abrasions to the arms.

I would lead with a head injury (not all head injuries are concussions), the abrasions to the arms, and the appropriate E code for the ladder fall. You might get other opinions but this is mine :)
