Hello :), One of our doctor's offices is going to be excising a venous malformation near the sternal notch. Has anyone coded for something like this before? I am guessing it will be unlisted, but would love any starting places! thanks.
 
Will really need to see how it is described in the op note, but you may want to look at 35182, 35189 or 35216 if needed before hand to get a precert.
