Wiki Excision of pubic tubercle

I need help for a CPT code for this. My provider did a robotic radical prostatectomy, bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection, and excision of pubic tubercle (partial). He identified that is was touching the bladder and the prostate. 55866, 38571, and not sure if I just add modifier 22 to this. He said it took him an additional 1.5 hours to address the pubic tubercle.

Check CPT code 27070-52 as descriptive of the surgery for the pubic tubercle

Does it matter that it was done laparoscopic?

Thank you for the note. Adding modifier-22 to 55866 would be good or coding the unlisted CPT code 27299 and bench mark it to 27070 would also seem appropriate.
