How would I code the attached report? I've had other coder input which they say to either code 36832 if they removed the entire fistula or code it 35266 for the repair of the artery.

I could use some guidance on these as I've started seeing more and more of this type procedure.

Please ignore the MRI FOOT AND ANKLE pdf file - I didn't know how to delete it from the screen when I uploaded the Excision report.

When I went and uploaded a new file the old file went along with my new email. How do I delete the old attachment?
