Does anyone know the appropriate CPT CODE for the EXICISION OF BILATERAL AXILLARY BREAST TISSUE? Plastic surgeon is thinking it should be 19301-50, but I'm leaning toward 19120-50 since it's not an excision of a malignancy. Any thoughts or suggestions? TIA.
 
As per your documentation axillary breast tissue was excised but you didn't mentioned any abnormality of breast tissue so assuming the aberrant (departing from an accepted standard) breast tissue your code selection of 19120-50 is correct !
