I'm not familiar with coding ENT and cannot figure this out. Can someone help me?

Procedure: Excision of a 2.5cm with a 0.6 cm margin. Paramedian graft nasal reconstruction w/ preservation of vascular pedicle.

Path: SCC

Would 11644 be the appropriate CPT? :eek:
 
I agree with the 11644. You might need an additional code for closure (can code if it is intermediate or complex) or a code for the graft if it was harvested through a seperate incision.
