Here is body of op note
A Zigzag incision made on volar aspect of ring finger, beginning at distal metacarpal and extending to DIP joint. Part of incision was through previous incision for Dupuytrens Contractor years ago. Incisions taken down through subcutaneous tissue with scissors. Radial nerves identified. Cord began at area of metatarsal head. It was dissected distally to DIP joint. The natatory ligament extended over fifth finger was also removed. No nodules found. Tourniquet released . Wound irrigated with normal saline.
Skin closed with 3-0 sutures.....Marcaine injected in ring finger metacarpal........Splint immobilizing finger in extension. The end
