Can someone explain the NCCI edit am getting with 31296-50, 31295-50 with 69706? Don't understand why am getting an edit stating: 69706 is not allowed with 31295 & 31296. CPT book notes say 69705 can't be used in conjunction with 31231 & 92511. CPT code 69705 is new for 2021, previously used 69799. Thank you for the expertise.
