Epidurography (62311) when done along with transforaminal steroid injections (64483) are getting denied frequently. Please provide me valid guidelines to code this scenario.

So would n't be enough for diagnostic procedure when single injection administered either 62310 or 92311? ;
And for only/single service of epidurography therapeutic service, would 72275 be enough?
