Neurosurgeon performed a CSF leak repair post-op to ENT septoplasty, ethmoidectomy, dilation of frontal and maxially sinus with endoscopic balloon
As per Karen Zupko’s information she states 64999 for NS and 31299 for ENT due to the endoscopic procedure.
But, would we use 61618/61619 due to “a return to the operating room subsequent to the initial procedure, for repair of a CSF leak?”
Would 64999 be inclusive of the 61618/61619?
