ENDOSCOPIC HARVEST OF RADIAL ARTERY

There is no code for endoscopic harvest of a radial artery. My provider would like me to use the open code 35600, stating it can be used for either open or endoscopic. He said the skill required is much higher then for endoscopic harvest of radial vein, so wouldn't compare to code 33508. So my choice would be to use open code or use unlisted code with comparison to the open code. Are there any Cardiothoracic coders, who could help me with this. I can't find any recent discussions. Thanks.
 
Check out the instructions in the CPT for coding "Arterial Grafting for Coronary Artery Bypass" (pg 233, 2020 Edition). You'll code the bypass procedure along with the harvest of upper extremity Artery (35600) and there is no mention of open vs endoscopic method.
